1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using Squeeze Radar (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Free Trial

New users may sign up for a one-time, 7-day free trial without providing payment information. The only personal information we request to enable the trial is your email address and account password. During your trial you have full access to real-time screener and squeeze alerts.

Upon trial expiration, you will lose access to live screener updates and alerts until you subscribe again.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Monthly Plan: £4.99 GBP per month.
• No Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions must be manually renewed.
• No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable. We do not prorate or credit partial periods.

4. Cancellation & Data Retention

You may cancel at any time via your Account page. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and you will retain full access until your account is permanently deleted from our database one year post-cancellation to prevent abuse of the free trial.

5. Accounts, Security & API Tokens

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any API tokens secure.
• To use Finviz Elite data within the Service, you need to provide your Finviz Elite API token. This token is personal to you and must not be shared, sold, or transferred.
• You are solely responsible for activity performed using your token. If your token is compromised, you must revoke it with Finviz and update your token in your Account settings.
• We may temporarily disable features, suspend, or terminate accounts using invalid, unauthorized, shared, or abused tokens.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, resell, or otherwise misuse our dashboards or data feeds.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls.
• Share your account or any API token with others.
• Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations (including securities and market abuse laws).

7. Third-Party Services (Finviz) & Data Sources

• Portions of the Service may rely on data from third parties, including Finviz Elite. Use of those services is also subject to their terms, policies, and rate limits. You are responsible for complying with those third-party terms.
• We do not control third-party availability, accuracy, or performance. Features depending on third-party data may change, degrade, or become unavailable without notice.
• Your Finviz Elite API token, if provided, is used solely to retrieve data on your behalf and is not shared with other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding in Squeeze Radar are our exclusive property or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Investment Advice: The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. Squeeze Radar is not a broker-dealer or registered investment advisor, and none of the content is tailored to your objectives or needs. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves substantial risk.

“As-Is” Disclaimer: The Service and all data are provided without warranties of any kind, including uptime, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Third-Party Data: We are not liable for outages, changes, delays, inaccuracies, or policy/rate-limit enforcement by third parties (including Finviz), nor for unauthorized access to your third-party accounts through your token.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the total amount you have paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute must be brought in the courts of London.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at our discretion. We’ll notify you by email or via a notice on the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
